Registration Guide
Registration is compulsory to attend ICBGE 2025. The registration of author and presenter only are based on the fact that your full papers or abstracts are accepted by the conference after review.
For delegates who are interested in attending ICBGE 2025 with no publication and presentation, please contact the conference secretary (icbge2025@contact.com).

Terms & Conditions
- Student discount is only available if the first author of the paper is a student. Please provide valid student identification (ID card or official letter) during the registration process.
- If the length of the full paper exceeds 6 pages in two columns, the cost of each extra page is 50 USD.
- Each paid registration covers only one paper. Additional paper price is only applicable to the same first author who already has a full regular registration.
- Onsite registration is applicable to delegates and abstract presenters only. Full paper authors must register by the camera-ready deadline to ensure inclusion in proceedings.
- The registration fee does not include insurance, accommodation, or travel expenses.
